What we collect

If you use the estimate form, we collect the name, phone number and project description you enter, plus any optional email address, service type, budget range or photographs you choose to add. If you call or email us, we keep the contact details you give us and notes about your project.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare an estimate, and to carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Sub-trades and suppliers see only what they need in order to quote or carry out their part of your project — typically an address and a scope, not your contact history. Our email and form providers process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after two years. Records for completed projects are retained for the period required for warranty, lien and tax purposes.

Your rights

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent for its use. Email hi@durakhomes.ca and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

This site sets no cookies and runs no client-side JavaScript. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
